I am a wife and mother, I am the owner and founder of LIVING EQUILIBRIUM LLC, I am a mentor, a teacher, a trainer and a Vo-Cal Voice Remapping practitioner.

I have a vision that I’ve gained through this process called life.  My vision is big and it thrills me to my bones and this Blog is part of the gestational process.  I have been working with clients one on one for 20+ years, I LOVE it!  Each individual is exactly that, individual, it is up to us to decide the life we will create with the life we’ve been given. Working with people through the years I have learned to see patterns in thoughts, emotions, behavior and results.

In addition to my own journey, I have done much reading and study through the years to understand the patterns that I see. I have found keys, vital keys to assist clients in shifting patterns permanently.  These keys assist individuals in both breaking free of subconscious patterns and consciously creating new ones.  My clients are experiencing big shifts in their lives and their results.  I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to do what I do and I recognize the need to do this work on a larger scale.  I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with many other people who share my vision, our combined passion for what we do is creating a tidal wave of growth and greatness.  This is a great time to be alive!

Living Equilibrium is my PASSION!

Finding and maintaining balance in ever changing situations is an art. I have learned how important it is to ask, seek, search, receive in so many areas in my life. Rigid inflexibility doesn’t serve us or others. I don’t mean being so open minded that your brains leak out, I mean not getting stuck, not having the mindset that my way is the only way. As a mom, my life is much simpler when I and my family has a pattern, a routine. However, life can become unbearably difficult if I become so rigid in the pattern that I can’t bend when needed. Raising children requires lots of flexibility on that same note, growing up ourselves also requires lots of flexibility. I have personally discovered that as I consciously look at patterns I’ve held subconsciously and release them and as I implement my personalized daily schedule and as I have clarity about what I want and what I intend to create, I am experiencing a level of fulfillment, joy even, that has been unknown to me until now.

The past Voice Remapping assists with the release of old emotional patterns allowing clients the ability to see more clearly, feel peace around even traumatic events, get old stuck emotional patterns moving again.

The present Creating new habits RIGHT NOW that serve us, I use the Vortex Chair which is a technology that was tested by NASA that assists in the forming of new Neural pathways assisting clients with the creation of new habits. I teach TOOLS which will assist clients in getting in touch with what is working for them and what is NOT. Knowledge is power and can be very freeing.

The future Designing the future that we want. This is where I feel some modalities and methods fall short. My vision is addressing past, present and future and the successes I’ve seen and experienced myself through this process is exhilarating!
